This column is about whether or not to ask the hard questions when it concerns rasicm and crime, by Yashmin Alibhai. Pakistani gang leaders are violating young girls in the UK. The victems are almost all white girls. Many different interviews and studies have shown that these Pakistani men see these girls as trash, asking to be wasted, unlike their own women who they shelter from the world. She thinks that these criminals sort of hide behind rasicm, because asking questions about what causes this in Pakistani or Asian men is very tricky.
She really convinced me to here statements by for instance saying that she herself is a moslum and cares deeply for migrant and their progress. Because her statements seem to be a bit right wing she starts out by saying that she considers herself to be a leffy, liberal, feminst etc.., but that she just can't led this continue without writing about it.
So she ends column with what i think is a great and bold end to the article, which I really can't summarise, so here it is:
Let's ask questions we never ask, to find out more than we ever try to. Do these men have any idea of normal, pleasurable, healthy sex between a man and a woman? Are they maddened by their own frustration and fear of females? I am not impugning those Asian or Pakistani men who love women, but those who are too messed up to understand what that means; maybe those whose key choices, including their lifelong partners, have all been made by families operating as firms.

I know this is really a summary and my reaction a bit together, but because it was a column with a lot subjective oppinions this just came out :)
